Refund Policy. Refunds are available only when a written request is received at info@scaffoldeducation.org no fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the applicable camp session start date. Any cancellation request submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the camp start date shall be deemed late and, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law, no refund shall be issued for any portion of the fees paid. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to verification, administrative processing, and confirmation by the Provider.
School Family Rebate. The $75 school family rebate offer is subject to separate terms and conditions, which may be communicated to eligible participants at the time of registration or thereafter. Eligibility criteria, application procedures, qualifying schools, documentation requirements, payment timelines, and available disbursement methods shall be set forth in separate written communications. Scaffold Play Lab / Scaffold Education reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or otherwise alter this offer at any time.
Minimum Enrollment / Class Cancellation. In order to preserve appropriate and safe student-to-teacher ratios and to support the orderly administration of camp programs, all sessions are subject to minimum enrollment requirements. Scaffold Play Lab reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, postpone, consolidate, or reschedule any session that does not meet the applicable minimum registration threshold. If a cancellation is initiated by Scaffold Play Lab solely due to insufficient enrollment, registered participants shall receive a refund of all fees actually paid for the cancelled session. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scaffold Play Lab shall not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or other non-refundable costs or expenses incurred by participants, parents, guardians, or families as a result of such cancellation, including without limitation travel, childcare, lodging, equipment, or lost opportunity costs.
General Liability Disclaimer. Scaffold Play Lab and Scaffold Education LLC, collectively referred to as the Provider, reserve the right to amend, modify, substitute, or eliminate program schedules, instructors, activities, materials, and procedures at any time and without prior notice. Participation in any camp activity is entirely voluntary and occurs at the sole discretion and risk of the participant's parent or legal guardian. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, claim, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in camp activities, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded. By enrolling in or attending camp, participants and their parents or legal guardians acknowledge and accept these terms.
